Our work staff are seasoned carpenters and able assistants, most with years of commitment to the firm. All staff are 40-hour or 62-hour OSHA trained and certified. Our subcontractors are carefully vetted and properly insured, and know our expectations and standards, having worked with us through innumerable projects. D2B is a well-insured firm, fully licensed to practice in NYC. We have an in-house, certified safety inspector. Our project managers are deeply versed in national and local code requirements, and local methods of meeting city paperwork requirements, from DOB/DOT filings to Landmarks Preservation and utility service communications.
